Brian Bacica named CEO

PEAK Event Services Names Brian Bacica as Chief Executive Officer

Boston, MA.  June 20, 2018 - PEAK Event Services is announcing that its Board of Directors has named Brian D. Bacica, Jr. as its new Chief Executive Officer as of June 11, 2018.   Brian will replace William (Bick) Jones, current interim CEO at PEAK.  Bob Traina and Larry Green remain engaged as Senior Advisors to Brian and the Board and remain significant shareholders.   

“After a thorough and thoughtful search process, we are excited to have Brian join us as CEO”, said Bob Traina, Co-Chair of the Board.  “In addition to his extensive background in hospitality and event management, Brian’s track-record leading service organizations makes him an ideal fit to move the company forward.   We are looking forward to having Brian join the PEAK Event Team.”

Brian is an experienced leader in the food service industry.   He joined Universal Studios Hollywood in 2002 as Director of Food Operations and rose through the ranks to Senior Vice President Food, Retail and Special Events and General Manager of Universal CityWalk in 2007 to his most recent position as Senior Vice President of Resort Food and Beverage Development at the Universal Orlando Resort.   Prior to his employment at Universal, Brian managed operations at several nationally recognized food and beverage companies.  Brian has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) - University of Phoenix, Woodland Hills, CA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSBM) - University of Phoenix, Roseville, CA.
